Greetings Family of Bethel!

Only two Sundays left to sign up for this year’s Bethel Labor Day Retreat. Make sure you rush right over to the registration table Sunday mornings or sign up from the comfort of your own couch via the Bethel Website at http://www.bethelcupertino.org/ldr/

Some highlights for the coming weeks include:

1. The showing of the movie “I Am” in the Fireside Room after worship this coming Sunday, August 17^th at noon. {This movie will be the basis for a discussion option during the workshop time at the retreat, plus it is still worth watching even if you can’t attend the LDR} Lunch will be provided :-)
2. The Labor Day Retreat season would not be the same without a day at JT McHarts. So, on Thursday, August 21^st scamper over to our favorite Pizza Place {in the same area as the Elephant Bar} to grab a pie with your friends, or take one {or two} home. The LDR will benefit by receiving 25% of the profits from anyone who says they are with our church. In an attempt to save paper, you won’t even need a coupon.
3. The next two Sundays we will also be raffling off a couple of “Bethel Quilters” coveted treasures. Come visit the registration table for details on how you can be the lucky winner.

Please also remember that the HUG {Help Us Go} Program is in full swing and available to help offset the cost of this retreat for any individual, couple or family. It is a confidential program that some give towards and other use when needed. This is one way the Bethel Family can support each other. Bottom Line: We Want You At The Retreat!
