Taquizas C-Jiménez will be serving Street Tacos, Quesadillas and Huaraches in the back parking lot from 10:00am-1:00pm. Approximately $8 per serving. You may eat on site or take home. Great time for fellowship for families and singles and kids and friends - for everyone.

Out & About Chardonnay Sail

Time to enjoy a cruise off the Santa Cruz shoreline in Monterey Bay. Bethel has obtained 22 reservations for the Saturday, May 18th Wildlife & Ecology Cruise at 10:30 on the Chardonnay. This will be a 2-hour expedition in search of whales and other marine life. There will be complimentarily champagne, orange juice, coffee, pastries and fresh fruit. Bethel has previously cruised on the Chardonnay a number of times. Each time was a memorable experience. The cost is $85 which includes transportation from the Church to the Chardonnay dock. The bus will promptly leave at 8:45am. The plan is also to stop for lunch at Beer 30/Carpos after the cruise. So come along with other Bethelites for an exciting time. Join us for an afternoon baseball game at Oracle Park in San Francisco to see the SF Giants beat the Detroit Tigers! We have 22 seats located in the View Reserve Infield section on the third deck, a little offset from home plate (see graphic). In addition to the game, there are fun activities scattered around the park. Check out the schedule below for more information. Labor Day Retreat

Bethel’s Labor Day Retreat is held annually every September at Mt. Cross[Offsite Link] Camp in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This is a weekend for all ages to enjoy the great outdoors alongside one another. Activities include guest speakers, a variety show, campfire, the infamous Bethel Olympics, and much more. Small groups are formed twice a year. These groups meet at each others’ homes, restaurants, parks, etc. to enjoy fellowship and a meal with one another. It is a truly wonderful opportunity to have time to get to know one another over food and beverages—even those which we don’t serve on the Bethel campus.
