Kid Connection 2012

For children ages 3 years old (fully potty-trained) through 6th grade. Meet in Torvend Hall for our opening, which includes songs, celebrations, and prayer. Then, children go to classes where they learn about a Bible story or theme through Bible reading, discussion, crafts, songs, drama.

BLS: Piano Lessons

Group piano lessons are offered in the afternoons. Lessons are taught by Norita Hoegel. New 10 week sessions to start again in late spring. Group lessons for $20/half-hour. Private lessons available upon request. See Mrs. Hoegel for pricing.

First Communion Class

This First Communion class for children in grade 3 and up and their families. The children will have their first communion on Maundy Thursday (April 5). Please contact Amanda Boniface or Pastor Gabi for more information about the class and/or about First Communion.

Children's choir concert; Registration begins at 8:30 am and rehearsals begin at 9:00; Concert is held at 3:00 pm in the santuary. Participation is for 2nd through 8th grade students.

First Communion Bread Baking and Dinner
Thursday, April 5
This event is from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Torvend Hall & Kitchen

Children in grade 3 and up, along with their families, will bake bread in preparation for their First Communion. We will bake bread, eat dinner, and then worship together at the Maundy Thursday service.

Vacation Bible School is for 3 year olds (fully potty-trained) through children entering 6th grade. Join us for a week-long adventure full of Bible stories, crafts, games, God-Sightings, snacks, and more! VBS needs 30+ volunteers to be a successful week. Come be a part of this amazing ministry.

First Communion

Provides teaching for children and their families on the meaning and significance of Holy Communion and its place in the spiritual life of families.
Offered in the fall as needed.

Kid Connection

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School is offered to children 4 years old (by June) through 5th grade for one week in July. Spaces are limited and registration will end when we are full.
Children who are 4 and 5 years old, and have not completed Kindergarten will be in our Preschool/Jr Kindergarten program. Children ages 5 (who have completed kindergarten) through 5th grade will participate in the elementary portion of the program. Both programs begin at 9am and end at noon.
VBS registration begins in May.
