is the high school touring-performing group from Bethel Lutheran Church. During the 5 months of preparation and week or so of tour, we really get a chance to care for each other as well as share with those we sing for. We have toured the western United States and Canada for the past 25 years sharing a joyful presentation of music, drama, and comedy. This year we'll be touring Southern California for 9 days in June plus sharing our message with those who attend the concerts here at Bethel on the 16th and 25th of June. Our upbeat presentation translates the gospel message into contemporary terms. "Eyes Wide Open" will move you in new directions as well as acquaint you with the infectious enthusiasm of over 40 high school youth singing praise. Common Ground is much more than just another choir: We spend a great deal of time not only working on the presentation, but also on our relationships with each other and with God. Here in Common Ground, we try to follow our Bethel Youth Group motto: Everyone is welcome and accepted for the person they are right now, not necessarily who they should be."
