Helpful TIP: Your pre-assigned user name and password must be typed in identically as it appears in order to log in. It is case sensitive. Be careful to not confuse the number “1” with a lower case letter L, e.g. “l”.

You may access our new pictorial directory by clicking this Bethel Online Directory link. This is a safe and secure page. It is only visible to authorized persons associated with Bethel Lutheran Church. You will need a user name and password to enter the directory. If Bethel has an email address for you, you should have received a message with your username and password. If you did not receive yours, send an email to the online directory administrator. If at any time you forget your username or password, you can request a new one by selecting “Forgot your password or user name?” on the login page, and following the easy steps to receive your own user name and password by email. If you have forgotten both your username and your password, send an email to the online directory administrator.
Enter your assigned user name and password, then click the “Login” button.
Select “My Profile,” and then select “Edit” at the top of the page.
Go to “Change Login” on the left hand side and change your user name and password to something you will remember.
Add or update your email address and review, update, or add your personal information and family message. You may select any information you don’t want visible by unchecking the box next to the information line.
Tips:
You can fit two phone numbers in the “Alternate Phone Number” field if you want to list your cell numbers.
Click on “Edit Additional Profile information” to add information for other family members.
When finished editing, click “Save” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Who is listed in the directory?
Every person and/or family who is either currently active, or a member of Bethel is featured in the online directory. New names and information will be added as needed.
Who has access to my information?
Only authorized persons associated with Bethel Lutheran Church. The online directory is safe and secure, and requires a pre-approved user name and password for access.
How do I search for someone else? Someone who shares a similar interest, hobby or church activity?
Simply enter a name, activity, city, etc. and click on “search”. You will be shown all the families in the directory that match your search items.
Do I have to include my personal information in the directory?
No. You may edit any information you do not want to be visible on your profile by simply un-checking the box located next to the information line when in the “edit” mode. You control what information is shown. However, it is strongly recommended families participate by showing completed information including occupation, (church) activities and hobbies to best take advantage of the connection possibilities for the ministry at large.
Why is my profile information included in the directory but my picture is not displayed?
You may have un-checked “display portrait online” on your edit member profile or there is no portrait currently on file for you. Only portraits taken by Lifetouch or submitted for the Photo Directory can be displayed in this online directory.
Why is my picture in the directory but my family profile information is not displayed?
When we sent the roster information to Lifetouch, we didn’t have your profile information. You may update your information online by clicking “edit” on your member profile and then clicking “save”.
Where do I find out more information about how to use the directory? Set up a group? Manage birthdays?
